I recently purchased a certified used 2007 2500HD Duramax 4x4 from Parks Chevrolet in Huntersville, NC. I had personally researched what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase, so there was no "shopping around." I found the truck listed on AutoTrader Online at parks for a good price. When I arrived at the lot, all of the sales staff was very busy, as it was a Saturday afternoon, so I had a little while to wait until someone was available to assist me. Although, I was promply greeted when I arrived, and was told someone would be with me ASAP. All of the staff that I was in contact with was very personable. After the crowd of customers thinned down, Frank took me on a test drive of the truck. I was very satisfied. My fiance was working at this time, so Frank allowed me to drive the truck to her workplace and discuss the purchase with her. From that point on, the purchase was very simple and straight forward. We did have one problem with the truck. The trailer hitch had been slightly damaged by the previous owner and was not discovered during the vehicle inspections. The management staff has taken care of the problem for me with no issues. I would recommend this dealer for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I encountered great customer service with no hassles.

News Flash: THEY CARE ! How unusual in this day in age. JJ Napier in the service department handled my problem professionally with courtesy and promptness. Taking the time to "go the extra mile" to help me out.
