Dear Mr. Hickman, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Lasure; service advisor, last month. After visiting many dealerships, Jordan listened to my plea and had no issue assisting me in finding a solution to repair my 2005 Chevrolet SSR Pickup Truck. He introduced me to one of your mechanics that was familiar with this classic vehicle. His knowledge of and expert troubleshooting was impressive to say the least. Jordan is an excellent communicator who kept me informed during repairs. I picked up my vehicle better then I left it. I did this review because Jordan wouldn’t let me walk away unsatisfied. His can do attitude won me over immediately! Everyone in the service department was professional and treated me with respect every time I visited service. I felt like a new truck owner, but knowing Chevrolet still has a 19 year old truck on the road is a true testimonial they build great vehicles. I’m really not a review customer but felt you needed honest feedback that Parks Chevrolet Huntersville got it right. You all have earned my loyalty. Seen stock #7H5561 advertised on CARFAX.com for $51,000. So I inquired through their email about what the best price out the door would be, I received an email the next day which their best price was $52,500 ( + fees which is normal ) So don’t ask for the best Price, it will cost you more unfortunately. So I’m looking elsewhere now
Completely rude and unprofessional behavior of the reps in service department, I spoke with Sheila Sheline. They decline to provide MPI results, decline to tell what has been inspected, just rude talks. When I 've asked about itemized results they asked do I want to make another inspection, so it was looks like they didn't nothing for the first time and that was the reason their rude behavior.
I am compelled to leave this review after an extremely negative experience at Parks Chevrolet, which severely undermined my trust in their business practices and customer service integrity. I recently visited Parks Chevrolet, enticed by a publicly advertised lease offer that seemed too good to miss. This offer was prominently displayed on their website and various advertising platforms, clearly stating the terms, which entailed an exceptionally competitive monthly rate for a popular model. Motivated by such promising terms, I proceeded to engage with the dealership, hoping to finalize what appeared to be a straightforward transaction. Contrary to my expectations and to the clear terms laid out in the advertisement, my experience unfolded in complete disappointment. Upon arriving at the dealership and mentioning the advertised lease, the sales staff initially seemed welcoming and helpful. However, the tone changed drastically once I expressed my intention to finalize the lease based on the terms advertised. I was abruptly informed that the advertised lease offer could not be honored. When pressed for further clarification and attempts to negotiate, the staff became dismissive, suggesting instead that I consider significantly higher rates and completely different terms, which was not only frustrating but felt outright deceptive. This bait-and-switch tactic is not what I expected from a reputed dealership like Parks Chevrolet. It is misleading and raises serious questions about their advertising practices. Claiming an offer publicly and retracting it upon customer interest borders on false advertising and severely damages consumer trust. I had hoped for a straightforward and honest transaction, but instead, I was left wasting my time and questioning the integrity of Parks Chevrolet. Due to this incident, I am left with no choice but to contact corporate headquarters to report this misleading practice and to ensure that other potential customers are not deceived as I was. I advise potential customers to be wary of engaging with Parks Chevrolet. What is advertised may not be what is offered, and based on my experience, customer satisfaction is not their priority. Take your business to a dealer that respects its customers enough to honor its public commitments.

Sales are not knowledgeable of the promotions available. Was told a truck did not qualify for an advertised interest rate. Took the vin to another dealership and they confirmed that it did qualify. After bringing it to their attention was called back and told the sales manager was an oversight. If he is the manger I feel he should be knowledgeable of the promotions. This was a very frustrating event for me after shopping and finding a truck I was interested in purchasing.

This is without a doubt the worst buying experience I have ever had. There were so many things wrong, among the worst was the lack of transparency, the number of items that kept getting added to the sticker price and the price listed on line (between the sticker and price on line, the price I was presented was $7,000 more). The salesperson, could not explain why this was not disclosed during our discussion and could not even operate their system without constantly asking for help from others. There were many other issues, but I'm running out of words. I've been a life long Chevy truck buyer (I've owned 6) and planned to buy another, but this experience was so bad, I'll never buy another. Chevy should be monitoring the ethics and practices of their dealers and this experience was proof they are not.
First, let me say that my sales guy (Jesse) was amazing.... he went above and beyond. I purchased a used vehicle... My issues are as follows: 1. It was not cleaned up for me before I left with it 2. It was nearly due for an oil change 3. The overall process took a very long time due to technical issues with the paperwork 4. The originally agreed upon price was not honored after I drove over an hour to get there 5. I was only given 1 key fob... the sales manager told me in front of my sales guy and the finance guy that if he was unable to get the other fob from the previous owner, he would "make it right" so that I would have 2 fobs... after multiple follow ups, I was told that he refuses to honor what he said because I didn't get it in writing!
