CROSSOVER BUILD AND DESIGN

A crossover vehicle’s unibody construction is similar to a full-size sedan’s, with the body and frame considered to be a single unit. Crossovers are also closer in size to a sedan, which is why they’re a popular pick of smaller families who don’t require the extra seating that a larger SUV provides.
